Toastmasters’ Club of Singapore’s Annual General Meeting on 18th June 2012

Please also be informed that this coming 18th June will be Toastmasters’ Club of Singapore’s Annual General Meeting. The AGM is a summation of the year’s progress for TMCS by the club president, YY Lee, and the election of the incoming Exco members.

While there are no speeches scheduled for that day, members’ are requested to attend the AGM as every member in good standing have a participatory stake in the club, and a right to know how the club is doing, and what the incoming Exco can do for you.

Members also have a right to stand for office, even though there is a list of candidates drawn up for the election. Those who are interested in helping the club excel and live up to its reputation as a premier club can either write to TMCS President or our VPE Low Kim Heng or declare that you wish to run for office during the AGM.

It is a most formal occasion, and I humbly request that those who are able, please attend.
