Congratulations to CTM Oh Hock-Chong for winning the Division L Toastmasters Prepared Speech Contest 2013 – Mandarin.
Oh Hock-Chong scored another great result for TMCS and boosted the list of achievements for our club.
Thanks to the recent achievements of Manoj Vasudevanand Allison Ching, respectively winners of Area U2 International Speech and Table Topics Contest 2013 in April and now the victory of Hock-Chong, TMCS can effectively call themselves “a club of Winning Speakers”.
