Toastmasters meetings are typically held once a week for about two hours. During the meeting, several members will give speeches on a variety of topics. These speeches are usually around seven minutes long and are meant to help the speaker improve their public speaking skills. After each speech, the audience and other members of the club will provide feedback to help the speaker improve. In addition to speeches, many Toastmasters clubs also have a Table Topics session. This is where club members take turns giving impromptu speeches on various topics. It’s a great way to practice thinking on your feet and delivering a speech off the cuff. We require all attendees to be fully vaccinated as we will be serving F&B before the meeting starts and during break time. Our dress code is business or business casual.
