International Speech and Table Topics Contest 2013
What a night!! For our club’s annual International Speech Contest and Table Topics Contest, contestants regaled us with inspirational tales and exhorted us to have gratitude, to care for people, to answer the call of humanity, to be loving, and to forge ahead to be successful!
Every speaker spoke with such passion and conviction that the everyone surely felt it a pity there would only be one champion trophy! Contestants – Thank you for delivering such excellent speeches and contributing to a contest that exceeded all expectations; you are all champion speakers in your own right!
Congratulations too to Allison Ching and Manoj Vasudevan, crowned Club Champions by our Chief Judge Navin Parwal and his illustrious panel of judges!
Allison Ching won the Championship , Avi Liran was the first runner-up. Manoj Vasudevan won the Championship for Table Topic followed by Agostino De Angelis as first runner-up and Oh Hock Chong as second runner-up. Both Manoj and Oh Hock Chong had won our Club’s People’s Choice medallions!
