This is a kind reminder. Toastmaters Club of Singapore will be holding its annual general meeting, AGM, on 18th June 2012. As such, there’ll be no prepared speeches scheduled on that evening and our club will not be having any guest on that day.
Members of the Toastmasters Club of Singapore are strongly encouraged to join the AGM as it is a summation of of the year’s progress for TMCS by the club president, YY Lee, and the election of the incoming Exco members. We at Toastmasters Club of Singapore strongly believe that all members of the club should have a participatory stake in the club and a right to know how the club is doing, and what the incoming Exco can do for you.
Members also have a right to stand for office, even though there is a list of candidates drawn up for the election. Those who are interested in helping the club excel and live up to its reputation as a premier club can either write to our VP of Eduacation or our club’s President . Alternatively, you can also declare that you wish to run for office during the AGM.
It is a most formal occasion, and we humbly request that those who are able, please attend.
